Maranatha House of Prayer was established in August 2022. We exist to adore, behold, and co-labor with Jesus through weekly corporate prayer meetings. Located in Kankakee, IL, we are a growing community of believers with a common desire to see Jesus exalted in our city, region, and the nations.
In this hour of history, we believe that God is forming His people into a dwelling place for Him by His spirit (Ephesians 2:22) and a house of prayer for all nations (Isaiah 56:6-7) in every place; those that will offer the incense of prayer and worship day and night as a pure offering to Him who is worthy, unto his glorious return (Malachi 1:11)!
